Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Discounted products:
Our return and exchange policy does not cover products purchased at a discounted price. Items
bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases made during campaign periods
are also not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange:
- • Every customer must check their product while the delivery person still on the spot and if found any false or side issues the customer must return or place an exchange at that particular time after the delivery person has left there will be no option for return or exchange
- • Once a product has been exchanged cannot be exchanged again
- • Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.
- • In any case no money shall be returned or there will be no refunds to the customer.
- • Whenever an exchanged request has been placed the customer has to the delivery charge every time.
